Questions about setup
Which app should I choose?
If you’re not sure, start with IPTV Smarters: it works on almost every device and takes a few minutes to set up. On Fire TV and Android TV, TiviMate has the best TV guide. On LG and Samsung TVs, IBO Player Pro is a reliable choice.
Where are my login details?
In the email we sent after your order, and on WhatsApp or Telegram if you chose one at checkout. You get a server URL, a username and a password, or an M3U link.
Do these apps work in my country?
The apps work worldwide, but what each app store offers depends on your country and device model. If an app isn’t listed for you, tell us your device and we’ll suggest another one.
Can I use my subscription on several devices?
Yes. Your plan sets how many screens can play at the same time, from 1 to 4. Install the app on each device and use the same login.
An app is asking me to pay. Is that StreamNovo?
No. Some players are made by independent developers who charge for their app, like the IBO Player Pro activation or TiviMate Premium. That’s separate from your StreamNovo plan.
My device isn’t listed. What can I do?
Most devices run one of the apps above. Send us your device model on WhatsApp, Telegram or email and we’ll tell you exactly what to install.
